Synchronicity can serve as a fun pick-me-up in the day, and also as a means of navigating through life. A coincidental connection with a friend at the airport or being served something other than what was ordered at a restaurant can be clues to help us discover new adventures in the world outside, or uncover new layers of authentic Self-expression. By becoming aware of nature’s responses to us in the form of synchronicity, we can be guided to uncover hidden feelings, which can then be healed through a renewed ability to choose consciously.
Sky’s workshop is a combination of deepening experiential exercises and informative discussion, where you’ll learn ideas from Sky’s new book, “Living in Flow”:

· The power of our own choices to solve challenges.
 · A model for how synchronicity can guide us to healing.
· A meditative practice to recognize opportunities for change.
