Let It Be

SYNOPSIS: This Sunday, we’ll look at the breakup of the Beatles and how it happened. We’ll see if there are some clues for us in our relationships with each other and in our personal relationship to our Spiritual Self.
FEATURED MUSICIAN: Gwen Gathercoal
TAKEAWAYS:  And in the end, the love you take is the love you make.    — Paul McCartney
PODCAST:
This Sunday concludes our Metaphysical Journey of the Beatles, with the lesson title “Let It Be.”

We’ll look at the breakup of the Beatles and how it happened.  We’ll see if there are some clues for us in our relationships with each other and in our personal relationship to our Spiritual Self.  What are the pitfalls?  How do we resolve differences?  What have we learned and are learning?  What is working on our behalf?

There is power in accepting what is and trusting that everything happens exactly as it needs to — otherwise we’d be experiencing something different, with the understanding that all experiences occur to move us to our highest Good.  This is the wisdom gained from hindsight, bringing us insight.

Our musicians are Gwen Gathercoal, our talented and gifted music director as featured soloist and accompanist, Jim Turner playing bass/guitar; Nate Parker playing drums and Pamela Van Kirk playing guitar and mandolin.  They will be playing and singing some great Beatles songs, including Imagine, My Sweet Lord, Let It Be, I Will, and When I’m Sixty-Four.

Join us!  Remember to wear your tie-dye clothes if you have them.  Together we have more fun and create a dynamic community of love and acceptance.  Thank you for that!

Namaste,

Deidre
