Connecting with the Divine

SYNOPSIS: The God within knows you and knows your heart’s desires. Using this Divine connection, what do you intend to create, become or experience in 2017? Using the spiritual practice of writing down your intentions, you can connect to the God within to compose a letter from your Higher Self to your Higher Self in our "Letters from God" ceremony.
FEATURED MUSICIAN: Rob Rohlmeier
PODCAST:
Connecting with the Divine.  What better way to do this than to participate in our Letters from God ceremony connecting ourselves to the Divine within us?

This Sunday is the last of our New Year rituals here at Unity. This is the time where we can set our intention of what we want to create, who we want to become and what we want to experience.  We’ll provide paper, pen/pencil, and an envelope for you to address and seal.  The letters are then mailed next back to you next fall.  People tell me they love seeing how they have grown and who they have become.   Basically, the letter is written from our Higher Self to our Higher Self — the God within knows us and knows our heart’s desires.

In addition we’ll honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday next Monday, with our featured singer Rob Rohlmeier along with ensemble singers Mark Soss and Heather Ross.  Our musicians include, Gwen Gathercoal on piano, Gary Buettner on guitar, Gary Edwards on bass and Nick Halpin on drums.

We invite you to check us out.  You’ll always find something or someone here to inspire, encourage and support you on your spiritual path.  That’s what’s so great about Unity!

Until then, stay warm and connected to the Best You you can Be,

Deidre
