[Ctrl.alt.delete] is a familiar Windows command. You press [ctrl.alt.delete] to initiate a shut down and start over. When you become overwhelmed, a short nap, meditation, or walk can serve as a refresh and allow you to reset. Like the keystrokes, used to restore the computer’s stability, these practices help you deal with mental and emotional overload. Moreover, they are instrumental for restoring your connection to your intuition - your spiritual guidance system. ​
