Spirituality and Genealogy

Genealogy is the study of the distinct threads of family lineage. Identifying and tracing the stories of our ancestors helps to explain who we are and where we came from. Reflecting on the lives and seeming impermanence of past generations also illuminates how fleeting life is. Ultimately, during times of deep reflection, this process of self-discovery and connection can spark a spiritual awakening.
