What's Love Got to Do with It

Synopsis: This Sunday, we are learning to remove the blocks to the awareness of love's presence. By shifting our perspective and looking at things differently, challenges and conflicts can be turned into lessons of love.

“Remember, in our inmost being, we are all completely lovable because spirit is love. Beyond what anyone can make you think or feel about yourself, your unconditioned spirit stands, shining with a love nothing can tarnish.”  ~Deepak Chopra

Sunday Message

At Unity Spiritual Center of North Idaho, we recognize that “we are Love, the pure expression of Spirit. Love is the true essence of who we are”. Therefore, every experience in our life is a lesson in love. However, the lesson is not about the meaning of love. Rather, we are learning to remove the blocks to the awareness of love's presence. A presence that is all around us yet often unrecognized. In the book A Course in Miracles, this love is described as “our natural inheritance”. Removing our self-imposed barriers to love and taking claim of our inheritance is an ongoing process. It begins by asking the question: “Where is the love in this situation?”. By shifting our perspective and looking at things differently, challenges and conflicts can be turned into lessons of love.

“Remember, in our inmost being, we are all completely lovable because spirit is love. Beyond what anyone can make you think or feel about yourself, your unconditioned spirit stands, shining with a love nothing can tarnish.”
~Deepak Chopra

Our featured musician is the Harrison Family (Michael, Melody, Gracelyn and Annabelle). They will be accompanied by Gwen Gathercoal, Gary Buettner. Melody will be our song leader.

Look for the Love.
