Synopsis: Mindfulness is about being fully in the moment with little or no attachment to what has been or what will be. Barriers to the practice of mindfulness include evaluating and judging based on our past as well as wishing and hoping based on our future. Either way, moment by moment, we all are choosing where we put our attention. We can put on the past and future or focus it in the present where life is happening right now.
