Recently my husband, Andrew, and I attended a workshop in Seattle with Dr. Joe Dispenza. He is a renowned author, speaker, researcher, combining the fields of quantum physics, neuroscience, brain chemistry, biology and genetics showing us what is truly possible in our lives.

In addition he has written several books including Evolve Your Brain: The Science of Changing Your Mind, followed byBreaking the Habit of Being Yourself: How to Lose Your Mind and Create a New One,and his latest book You Are the Placebo: Making Your Mind Matter.
During the workshop we experienced extended periods of meditation. Through this heart opening work, I have a new and profound understanding of our Unity principles from a scientific perspective. Through the power of the mind, the miraculous can occur. Many people shared their experiences of healing from cancer, diabetes and other diseases. It was truly inspiring.
