Resilience, according to Brene’ Brown, is “The ability to overcome adversity”. Cultivating the protective factors of resilience and understanding how they are connected is the focus of week 4 of our Fall Faith in Action Group Study. The group study draws on Brown’s book THE GIFTS OF IMPERFECTION. Resilience is very Zen in the sense that with a healthy resilience, we can see life for what it is and flow with it.
