Sunday Message

According to Buddhist teachings, Karma is the law of moral causation. In biblical terms, this idea relates to the idiom that “you reap what you sow”. In other words, it is the law of cause and effect. From a personal perspective, its purpose is to act as a cosmic feedback loop that exists to balance and guide your human experience. In its strictest interpretation, bad acts are punished, and good acts are rewarded. However, there is another way of looking at it. Unity teaches that through affirmative prayer and meditation, you connect with God and bring out the good in life. Therefore, when you open to the inherent goodness within, you neutralize your negative Karma and align only with the good. This action puts your spiritual nature in charge. Join us this Sunday with Reverend Steve Towles and find out how you can suspend karma through a commitment to following this principle.

“…Go! As you have believed, so will it be done for you...” ― Jesus (Mathew 8:13)

Our featured musician is Nicole Delbridge. She will be accompanied by Gwen Gathercoal, Gary Buettner, Gary Edwards, Orlando Sanchez, and Ken Curtiss. Lisa Siri will be our song leader.
