 Join Reverend Dennis Ashley for an introductory class on the basics of six forms of meditation.   

Meditation is a mental exercise that trains attention and awareness. As you learn to master it, it will take you deeper into your spiritual journey. Through meditation you will increase your mental focus, reduce stress, and promote greater degrees of calmness.
