Water is essential to all life on Earth which is why the worship of water goes back to ancient times. Many cultures around the world revere water. Moreover, there are many who believe that water has sacred properties that absorb prayers, cleanse unwanted energy, heal the body, and soothe the spirit.

This sacred substance takes many forms. It can be gentle and peaceful like a trickling stream or powerful and destructive like a tidal wave. Water adapts to its surroundings, embodying the virtues of persistence and flexibility. The lessons you can learn from water are many. It shows you how to deepen your character, allowing you to connect more deeply with yourself, others, and the Divine.

Join our Youth Director Amber Boren this Sunday for a lesson on the divine gifts of water.

Our ensemble features Julie Croteau. She will be accompanied by LeeAnn Aerlyn-Moore.
