Charles and Myrtle Fillmore didn’t set out to start a denomination. They sought to live by spiritual principles that uplift, heal, and empower—affirming that we are expressions of the Divine, with the power to shape our lives through prayer, faith, and conscious thinking. They taught that spirituality should be practical, personal, and inclusive—not confined by dogma but fueled by Truth.

Over the decades, Unity has evolved. Its teachings have expanded to embrace a wide variety of voices, practices, and cultural contexts. Yet the core remains: a commitment to affirmative prayer, self-realization, and the silent, inner journey that transforms outer experience.

So, here's a deeper invitation: What could those principles mean for you, here and now?

  • Can mindful thinking help you shift from fear to faith?
  • Might daily prayer reconnect you with a sense of wholeness?
  • Could Unity’s teachings help you lead with kindness, clarity, and intention?

Join Rev. Deidre Ashmore for a message that offers an updated and practical approach to applying the tried-and-true teachings of our Unity founders.
