On October 25th, the Divine Dining Group gathered for a heartwarming morning of fellowship and generosity at The Honey Eatery and Social Club, a beloved brunch spot nestled on Sherman Avenue in downtown Coeur d’Alene. Known for its cozy ambiance, locally sourced ingredients, and inventive breakfast fare, The Honey Social provided the perfect setting for this uplifting event.
In a powerful gesture of gratitude and community spirit, attendees collectively gifted a $1,500 tip to the restaurant’s morning team. The amount was thoughtfully divided among two waitresses, the hostess, and their manager—each of whom was visibly moved by the surprise. “They were overwhelmed with gratitude,” shared organizer Laura Seidel, who has long championed acts of kindness through the Divine Dining initiative.
Looking ahead, the next Divine Dining event is slated for Spring 2026. Laura encourages community members to save up and join in: “I promise you that you will receive more than you give,” she said, reflecting the spirit of generosity that defines the group’s mission.
