As a human being, you go through life developing beliefs that help to give you a sense of certainty about the world. However, sometimes your beliefs are not only misleading, but just plain wrong. Moreover, if you do not adjust your thinking, they will prevent you from seeing things clearly. The author and humorist Mark Twain put it this way, "It ain't what people don't know that gets them into trouble. It's what people know for certain that just ain't so."

Although you may not perceive it, your soul and spirit are gently prompting you to unlearn or let go of the beliefs you have constructed about the world you experience. The fact is, you have fabricated and are experiencing a self-delusion. Once you learn to soften your hold on your pre-perceptions, you will develop the ability to behold a new reality that is free of judgement. Jesus said in the book of Luke, “Truly I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a child will not enter it at all.” What he is suggesting is that to see the world as it is, you must look upon it with loving eyes. This is unlearning, and it is a fundamental key to Living in the Flow.
